This explains what BelongFlow collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the product as it exists today — nothing more.
BelongFlow is in Beta 0.1: a controlled test with a small number of invited communities. Features, screens and wording will change during the beta, and this document will change with them. It is written in plain language by the product team and is not attorney-reviewed final launch language.
BelongFlow is operated by BenOfficialCO. During Beta 0.1 the operating team also acts as support.
To sign you in; to show you the communities and events you belong to; to let organizers run their events, check people in, and understand attendance and retention; to deliver messages you and your communities send each other; and to keep the service secure and debuggable during the beta.
Each community is separated at the database level. Organizers of a community see the members, attendance and messages of that community only — never another community's. Your private conversation with one community is not visible to any other community. Organizers cannot see whether you have read their message. Friends only see that you are attending an event if you turn that on.
We do not sell your data. We do not use facial recognition or any biometric identification. We do not run advertising against your data. During Beta 0.1 BelongFlow does not move real money and does not send marketing email on an organizer's behalf.
We keep your account and participation data while your account exists, because attendance history is what makes a community's records meaningful. You can edit most details yourself in your profile. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, and we will action it within 30 days — see Data & account requests.
Beta data is real data, but the beta itself is a test: expect changes, occasional errors, and hands-on support rather than automated tooling. If something goes wrong, tell us — that is what the beta is for.
