BelongFlow is in a controlled Beta 0.1 run by BenOfficialCO. A real person reads every beta message, usually within 2 business days.
Get help with something
Sign-in trouble, an event that will not publish, a check-in that did not register, a message that did not arrive — send it over. Include:
- The email or mobile number on your account
- The community and event name involved
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- The date and time it happened, and the device you used
- A screenshot if it helps explain the problem
Never send your password, a one-time sign-in code, or payment card details. Nobody from BelongFlow will ever ask for them.

During Beta 0.1 these requests are handled manually — there is no self-serve delete button yet, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. Ask us and we will action it within 30 days.
- A copy of your data — the profile, community memberships and attendance history held about you.
- Deleting your account — your sign-in identity and profile are removed. Where a community needs its own attendance record, your participation is de-identified rather than erased from that community's history.
- Correcting something — most details can be edited yourself in your profile; ask us for anything you cannot reach.
