The plain-language deal for using BelongFlow during Beta 0.1. Using the product means you are OK with what follows.
BelongFlow is in Beta 0.1: a controlled test with a small number of invited communities. Features, screens and wording will change during the beta, and this document will change with them. It is written in plain language by the product team and is not attorney-reviewed final launch language.
BelongFlow is provided as-is during Beta 0.1. It may be unavailable, change without notice, or lose in-progress work. Do not use it as the only record of anything you cannot afford to re-create.
You are responsible for the account you sign in with and for keeping your sign-in method to yourself. Nobody from BelongFlow will ever ask for your password or a one-time code. One account, one person — do not share sign-in credentials.
You are responsible for the events you publish, the people you invite, the messages you send, and for having a lawful basis to hold your members' contact details. You keep ownership of your community's data. Do not use BelongFlow to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to collect data you do not need, or to publish events you are not authorised to run.
Check in only for yourself. Treat other members and organizers decently. Content you post — profile details, notes, messages — must be yours to post.
Payment setup exists in test mode only during Beta 0.1. No real money moves through BelongFlow, and no ticket sale or donation made in the beta is a real financial transaction.
You can stop using BelongFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that puts other members, an organizer's data, or the service itself at risk. Questions go to support, answered in about 2 business days.
To the extent the law allows, BelongFlow and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from beta use. Nothing here is intended to remove rights you have that cannot be removed.
