BelongFlow is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, change without notice, or lose in-progress work. Do not use it as the only record of anything you cannot afford to re-create.

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a BelongFlow account. You are responsible for the account you sign in with and for keeping your sign-in method to yourself. Nobody from BelongFlow will ever ask for your password or a one-time code. One account, one person — do not share sign-in credentials.

You are responsible for the events you publish, the people you invite, the messages you send, and for having a lawful basis to hold your members' contact details. You keep ownership of your community's data. Do not use BelongFlow to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to collect data you do not need, or to publish events you are not authorised to run.

Check in only for yourself. Treat other members and organizers decently. Content you post — profile details, notes, messages — must be yours to post.

Payment setup exists in test mode only. No real money moves through BelongFlow, and no ticket sale or donation made here is a real financial transaction.

You can stop using BelongFlow at any time, and you can request closure of your account from inside your account. Closure requests are reviewed first, and if approved you return to confirm the closure yourself with your current password; you can cancel before it begins. We will explain what actions are available and what records may need to be retained. We may suspend an account that puts other members, an organizer's data, or the service itself at risk. Questions go to support, replied to in about 2 business days.

To the extent the law allows, BelongFlow and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use. Nothing here is intended to remove rights you have that cannot be removed.
